This was my first time making a 2ft x 3ft sign. I emailed them custom artwork because it was larger than 10MB and they turned out amazing! It took them a little time to make them and wait for shipping but this website is top notch and the process was super easy. Even the little chat guy helped me through the process. I had questions and I was skeptical but when I unwrapped the package I was stoked! I made them for a friend's business and plan to deliver them tomorrow. See if I can post a picture after the review. Seriously impressed with this website.
Just what we ordered. There was a slight defect on one of the signs but not enough to return the product.

Ordered one to see if it would suit our needs before I order more. Overall I like it and will order more. It could have been packaged better though. The box was very banged up when it arrived and as a result, the frame is dented. Still usable and much better than our old ones. I like the snap in feature for the inserts.

SmartSign: Thank you for your feedback on the order. We're sorry about the packaging. UPS sometimes mishandles our boxes in their conveyor systems, and mistakes happen. We will make sure to notify our production team of this, so they're aware of that issue and feedback.
Super nice! Especially when you provided a sign with the opposite pointing arrow on the reverse side, which I was not expecting ! Our church feels more “with it” now. Thank you !!
Signs came in and they look great! Our custom printing looks phenomenal - sharp and clear printing. They are a little scuffed up, but they're outdoor parking signs so not a big deal.
